Use the charts below to determine how many business days it typically takes to UPS to deliver parcels from our location.
UPS Ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations. For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times use Express Air, or Overnight Air.
Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit.
All shipping costs shown are for destinations in the Continental United States only.
We do not ship internationally, but we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. For these shipments overnight air is required and delivery time is typically three days.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our shopping cart and there are three delivery options for shipping baskets.
Our Return Policy
If you wish to return your online purchase, Keep our packing slip and contact us at info@FancyGiftBaskets.com for instructions on how to send the merchandise back to us using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available, we refund the most recent price charged for items returned to us.
Our Gift Basket Contents Policy:
Although we always strive to meet ongoing demand and stay in stock all of our inventory items, sometimes it becomes necessary substitute an item in a gift basket. We reserve the right to substitute any item with an item of equal or greater value.
